I never take my vehicles anywhere else. I know Scott and his team will pay attention to every detail, so my vehicle comes back to me looking like new. Excellent work.

Honest and up front. Took our Dodge Journey for them to estimate damage for left rear damage backing into telephone pole. We could still drive it. They gave us an appointment 2 months out. Signed the paperwork. We showed up to find out we had been bumped. I expained we had a rental car coming from Marion. They said they'd honor it but it would still be the same amount of time until they got to it. We cancelled the rental & rescheluded 2 weeks out. I didn't want to have to wait for parts elsewhere. They bent over backwards for us at every opportunity and performed good work. They admitted they should have called but circumstances, the one who would have called was out the Thur & Fri prior, prevented it. I would use these people again as I believe this was a one off. It didn't bother me to be bumped as others may be worse off than my cosmetic damage. I just didn't like not be notified of it and wasting my time.

Excellent service, they really care about people!

We see many vehicles that Scott and his guys take care of and I have had him repair a personal vehicle as well. All the vehicles look great and he goes above and beyond to take care of things for his customers.

Won’t take a cash job because someone else started it. Then proceeds to call me back because I told him I’d find someone else to work for my money and hung up, when I don’t answer a voicemail with him cursing me out. If I could upload the voicemail I would. It’s pretty sad how unprofessional someone can be and then get mad when they don’t want to give you their business. Unreal
